Consultation

We coach/mentor potential investors on how to grow a property portfolio and increase their net worth. We provide guidance on how to raise capital, source properties that meet the investor’s strategy, location selection, etc.

Our mentoring sessions are tailored around the mentees; taking into account your investment strategy, current knowledge and experience, budget, work commitments etc.

Four Week Coaching Course

With over a decade experience of property investment, you can leverage on our experience to fast track your learning.
  • 2 hour weekly teaching sessions in small groups covering a variety of topics.
    Topics include –
    • Choosing the right strategy,
    • How to raise finance
    • Identifying your investment area
    • Evaluating the numbers (profits and cashflow)
  • Additional one on one sessions (4 hours) for individual support
  • Templates and work-sheets that we use for our business
This course is suitable for people who are:
– New to property investment
– Existing landlords that want to grow a portfolio
– Determined to build their net worth
– Not yet confident to make the first step and need additional support
